My thoughts are with you all during this difficult time of loss. It was very evident by the quantity and quality of his visitors that he lived an amazing life, touched the lives of many, and raised a beautiful family.

Mr. Mosier was my band teacher at South Oldham Middle from 1991-1994. I had just moved to Prospect from Lexington and was a shy kid. His class was an escape for me, and I learned how to express myself through music, thanks to him. I have never forgotten Mr. Mosier, and I have wonderful memories of his class. My prayers for his family...he was such a wonderful man.Libby Bell

Mr. Mosier was my band director while I was in High School at Fern Creek. What a Great man and teacher he was. I will always remember the good times we had during Band Camp and school. I have somewhere a picture of him on my shoulders in the pool at Band Camp. We were playing chicken with a bunch of other students. I will also never forget his Chevy pickup truck he drove to school every day. He was one of a kind! My deepest sympathy to his family. FCHS Class of 1979.

Mr. Mosier helped foster my love of music and encouraged me to do something outside of my comfort zone. I can't imagine how different my adolescence and teenage years could have been if I hadn't listened to him. My most sincere condolences to Mr. Mo's family. (SOMS/SOHS)

Rudy was a great neighbor - always willing to help, sharing a wave or a kind word - who always took the time to ask about our family. He was generous in the way he cared about others. We will miss the bright spark that Rudy added to our neighborhood. Our love and sympathy to JoAnn, Holly, Kristi and all the family. We are here for you if you need anything at any time.

Rudy was one of my best friends in high school at Male. His parents and my parents were great supporters of different organizations together. My last contact with Rudy was a Male 50 year luncheon a few years back. He asked me what year we graduated.......I was afraid for him then as Rudy Mosier loved Male High School and his class of 1960. A most peaceful rest to a great and most sincere person and to his family deepest sympathies.

God Bless Mr. Mosier and the family he loved so much. He supervised my student teaching back in the fall of 1978, and left me many memories-both educational and personal that I'll remember until the day I die. I probably learned more from him in a semester than I did in an entire college career, and I'm forever grateful to him for his guidance! RIP

We have known Rudy ever since our son Paul and daughter Karyn enjoyed his leadership as music director in Oldham County. And then learned he was married to their Aunt Carole's best friend!
His time on Earth was musical.

Mr. Mosier was a good man, a great man, teacher and human being. I remember many wonderful memories, but one in particular.
I was walking up from the band camp fields from practice when he came running down to me very upset and said: Elvis is dead.
I could tell he was hurting.
Mr. Mosier, on this night you are with the King! The real King, our Lord and Jesus Christ, but just perhaps and hopefully...with back-up singing angels, you're performing with Elvis! You're certainly qualified!
Love and respect Mr. Mosier.
