Tonia Samples Obituary
Samples, Tonia Lee (Alsept),
Tonia Lee Samples, 52, died Friday, December 9, 2016 at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany. She was born in Hazard, KY. She was a Mortgage Broker for Ford Consumer Credit and Genesis.
She was preceded in death by her father, Hagan James Alsept Sr.
Survivors include her husband, Gregory Samples, a son, Hagan Luther Ray Jenks of Otisco, her mother, Ruth Landrum Alsept of Otisco, and a brother, Hagan James Alsept Jr. (Catherine) of Charlestown.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 12, 2016 at Chapman Funeral Home with cremation to follow per her request. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 6:00 PM on Sunday. Online condolences at www.chapmanfuneralhome.net
