I first met Bill as a young UPS manager. He was a role model for me -- I learned a lot about the importance of loyalty and trust. I also learned some creative ways to insult people. I can honestly say that I wouldn't be as successful as I believe I am at Brown without Bill's influence. Rest in Peace, Bill. I will never forget you.
