Bill to me was Mr. UPS! He loved UPS. Bill was my introduction in 1987 to this great company, as he interviewed me; gave me my job offer; promoted me; later he was my direct boss. What a wonderful person he was. I will miss him. Bill will always be a part of my good memories of my time at UPS and knowing him. May God bless you Karen and your family! Ken Mase

I first met Bill as a young UPS manager. He was a role model for me -- I learned a lot about the importance of loyalty and trust. I also learned some creative ways to insult people. I can honestly say that I wouldn't be as successful as I believe I am at Brown without Bill's influence. Rest in Peace, Bill. I will never forget you.
