Devine, William Gene,

68, passed away at Norton Hospital with his family at his bedside on Friday, February 12, after an illness. He was born April 18, 1947 to William and Colleen Devine in Harrodsburg, KY. Bill attended UK and WKU and was a graduate of the American Institute of Banking. He retired as a Realtor and broker.

He was preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by his wife, Susan Wynn Isaacs Devine, his children, Dana Brown (Jarrett) and Bradley Devine (Audrey) and four grandsons, San and Shepherd Brown and Liam and Lochlan Devine and a step granddaughter, Kyla Isaacs and a step grandson, Nick Isaacs. Step children are Matthew Isaacs (Ricki), Jennifer Isaacs, and Jason Isaacs. Bill is also survived by his father, William Devine and his sister, Shelli Karnes (Eddie) and many extended relatives and friends.

Bill was a Mason and a member of Southeast Christian Church. In addition to being an avid golfer, he spent many years coaching youth baseball and basketball. His greatest joy, though, was times spent with his grandchildren.
