Bernard P. Orr of Billerica. born in Ireland; 79 BILLERICA Bernard P. Orr, age 79, died Tuesday, November 11, 2008, at his home in Billerica, cared for to the very end, by his devoted wife for 45 years, Eda "Edie" (Venti) Orr. Bernie was born and lived, until his mid-twenties, in Moville, County Donegal, Ireland. He was a resident of the USA since 1956. Bernie was a master mechanic, working on cars since his early teen years in Ireland, then in England, and the States. He was happiest fixing anything mechanical and/or working on many, many creative projects in our home over the years. Bernie was especially proud of his green, green grass, a little bit o' Ireland in Billerica. We shall miss the many contributions "Himself" made to make life easier in our household and the very colorful language that accompanied those endeavors. Bernie was the loving father of Brian D. Orr of VT, Louisa M. Orr of Billerica, Bridget P. Orr of Quincy, and Paul M. Orr and his wife, Aliza M. Lamdan of Acton; dear grandfather of Benjamin and Samara of Acton. He also leaves his siblings, John of South Africa, Michael of Ireland, Maureen Yoeman of Arizona, Daniel of NH, Sheila of Spain, Rosina Cullinane of Melrose, and Dympna of Medford. He was the son of the late Daniel and Bridget (Kane) Orr, and the brother of the late Una and M. Josephine Kerr. ORR of Billerica, formerly of Medford, November 11, 2008, Bernard P. Orr, age 79.
