Brendan Mead Obituary
of Farmington, NH, formerly of Westford
Brendan Stewart Mead age 37 of Farmington, NH, formerly of Westford passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH. He was the son of Robert D. Mead of Mont Vernon, NH and Carol Anderson Mead of Athol, MA.
Born in Concord, MA on October 18, 1981 he was raised and educated in Westford graduating from Westford Academy. Brendan attended Middlesex Community College and soon began a career in software design.
Brendan lived in Farmington, NH with his fiancee Nicole Dupre and enjoyed cooking and collecting a variety of hot sauces. Brendan's passion was music and keeping the neighbors awake while he rocked out on his guitars and drums. He was admired for his ability to play any instrument and had a natural ear for music.
Along with his parents and fiancee, he is survived by his sister Tiffany Antonellis of Groton and her husband James, his sister Kathleen Bonnell of Attleboro, his brother-in-law Tom Bonnell of Nashua, his brother Daniel Mead of San Diego, CA and his wife Laura, his sister Amanda Mead of Mont Vernon, NH and his step children, Ian and Cameron Hitchcock.
MEAD - Brendan Stewart age 37 of Farmington, NH, formerly of Westford, Feb. 3, 2019. Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Brendan on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 4:00-7:00 pm in the BADGER FUNERAL HOME, 347 KING ST., LITTLETON. Burial will be private. I only learned today of Brendan's death. I wish we had stayed in in touch, we hadn't spoken in so long. While I know it was many years ago, about 7 or 8 when we were pretty good buddies, I can still hear his laughter, and feel the smiles it would fill a room with.
Brendan offered his friendship to me with generosity and compassion. We shared a mutual love of music and silly dumb stuff that make people happy. He made me happy too. My heart goes out to his family and his loved ones.

I am shocked and very saddened to read of Brendan's passing. Brendan and I worked in the tech field together for 5+ years and we totally bonded over all things music, especially guitars and all the related big boy toys. He is always the first one I think of when a Rush song comes on the radio. Super guy!!! R.I.P. Brendan.
