TEWKSBURY -- David E. Fulton, age 55, a resident of Tewksbury for over 20 years, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2011, at the Massachusetts General Hospital, following a brief illness.

He was the beloved husband of Sherry L. (Shively) Fulton, with whom he celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on June 13, 2011.

Born in South Ruislip, England, he was the son of Autumn (Cook) (Fulton) Ireland, who survives him, of Ormond Beach, FL and the late Robert E. Fulton. David was raised in Williamsburg, Virginia and graduated from York County High School in 1974. Following graduation, he attended Virginia Tech, where he received his B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and his Masters Degree in Business Administration.

David was employed as a Software Product Manager by Pro-Teck Valuation Services Company of Waltham.

He was a member of the Tewksbury Congregational Church, where he served as the former Bell Choir Director and as a past Deacon.

David enjoyed a passion for playing the piano, as well as the oboe. In addition, he enjoyed wood turning and fresh-water fishing.

Besides his beloved wife and mother, he is survived by two daughters, Kathryn M. Fulton of Brooklyn, NY and Jaclyn L. Fulton of Tewksbury; one brother, Robert B. Fulton and his wife, Joy R. Fulton of Reston, VA; one sister, Lori F. Cutillo and her husband, Kenneth of Winchester; his step-father, Maxey Ireland of Ormond Beach, FL; his nieces and nephews, Garrett and Taylor Fulton, Christian and Daniel Cutillo.

FULTON -- David E. Calling hours will be Monday, Oct. 17, from 4-8 p.m., at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. Funeral services to be held Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 10 a.m., at the Tewksbury Congregational Church, East St., Tewksbury Center. Kindly meet at Church at 9:45 a.m. At the request of the family, kindly Omit Flowers. Donations in his memory may be made to the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, 55 Fruit St., Boston, MA 02114. Interment will be held at a later date at the Mt.
