Hello family of Eddie. I went past your family home on Pine Hill Rd a few days ago and stopped my truck and spoke with Eddies brother who now lives there. I was saddened to hear of Eddies passing. I was his "first love" Linda Maguire (yep, first girl to wear his high school ring...that is until he threw it into the field behind the family house. He told me if I loved him I would go fetch it....I told him if he loved me he wouldnt have thrown it! I have told all my friends for years that Eddie was "THE FONZ" of Chelmsford. He had so many high school girl friends. It was that "grin of His" that you gotta like me smile. Yep, First kiss. I remember meeting the family. Thought Donna was the nicest big sister. Someone who really cared for him. Thank you Donna for looking out for his best interest. Your mom and you hunted him down at my house one day. Still remember that. He was soooo bagged! Sorry for your family loss. I will always remember him as my first love. I am especially sorry for his wife. I lost my first husband at age 22 so know the feeling of loss. Again, just wanted to say hello and remember how special Eddie was to so many in MASS. I would have attended the ceremony your family had for him in Westford if I had only known about it. God bless you all. May Eddie rest in peace.
