She was the wife of the late Francis J. Elliott Sr.
She was born in Westford, daughter of the late Francesco and Benedetta (Colasanti) Barretto. She graduated from the Boston City Hospital School of Nursing as an registered nurse.
She was a member of St. Michael Church in North Andover,
Mrs. Elliott was a nurse at Fort Devens during World War II.
She is survived by seven daughters, Bernadette Wizboski, Florence Ayers, Mary Ferrari, Joan Farahmand, Doreen McCarthy, Heather Iglesias and Theresa Strangie; a son, Francis J. Elliott Jr.; 23 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by three sisters, Virginia Mellen, Ida Giunta, Lillian Peek; three brothers, Francis Barretto, Dennis Barretto and Gene Barretto.
