Beloved mother, grandmother,

great-grandmother, and sister; 80

TEWKSBURY -- Doris K. (Lee) Norton, died peacefully on February 20, surrounded by her loving family and her Hospice team from All Care Hospice, following a lengthy illness.

She was the beloved wife for 55 years of Karl E. Norton, who died on December 29, 2010.

Doris was born in Medford, December 3, 1933, a daughter of the late Francis and Marion (Fowler) Lee, and was raised in Arlington. She was a member of Arlington High School's Class of 1951.

She worked for Aramark food service company in the Agfa-Compugraphic facilities in Wilmington before retiring with 30 years of service.

Doris was a communicant of St. William's Church in Tewksbury.

She will be remembered for her beautiful brown eyes, contagious smile, and her loving devotion to her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Doreen A. Cunniff-Durkin and her husband, Paul Durkin of Norton, MA, and Donna A. Neary of Tewksbury; a son, David A. Norton of Billerica; five grandchildren, Melissa Cunniff, Kristina Neary, Kyle Neary, Alexandra Norton, and Olivia Norton; a great-grandson Jeremy Jenkins; a sister, Ruth Farina and her husband, Paul of Arlington; and many nieces and nephews.

She was also mother of the late Daniel A. Norton, and sister of the late Joan Colclough and Francis Lee.
