Lived in Clinton & Westford, MA; Navy Vet; 61

SAPULPA, Oklahoma -- Douglas Hebb, age 61, formerly of Clinton and Westford, MA, passed away at his home in Sapulpa, Oklahoma on April 23, 2012, after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis.

Douglas was a Naval Third Class Petty Officer on the USS Satyr and was also a Vietnam veteran. He was a truck driver and an avid fisherman. Douglas grew up in Westford, MA.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly; his mother, Edna Hebb of Townsend; and three sisters, Nadine Elmer of Pepperell, Collette Hebb of Lewiston, ME, and Charlene Rugg of Fitchburg; and many nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his father, Arthur Hebb.

I admired Doug's ability to follow his instincts & pursue his own dreams. Despite contracting MS at an early age that's proven to be the most debilitating, he still lived a fuller life than most. Please accept my condolences.
