Edith M. Copley of Dracut; 83 DRACUT Edith M. (Davies) Copley, widow of Russell C. Copley, a resident of Dracut, died Thursday March 19, 2009, surrounded by her family. She was 83. Born in South Wales, she was a daughter of the late Vaughn and Dorothy (Ward) Davies. Edith worked for the Dracut Public Schools in the cafeteria for many years. Since retirement she enjoyed spending time with her family and visiting family in Wales. Survivors include three sons, David Copley, Daniel Copley and his wife Joan, Sean Copley; a daughter Catherine Couillard, all of Dracut; nine grandchildren, Lisa Longtin, Russell Copley, Heather Clayton, Erin McConologue, Kevin Copley, Katie Copley, Allison Couillard, Bryan Couillard, Darrin Couillard; 4 great grandchildren, Marc, Lane, Kayleigh, Landon; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Raymond Davies, Agnes Lloyd, Vaughn and John Davies. COPLEY It being her request all funeral services were private.
