Dear Debby, Melissa, Selena, Jessica, and Lenny,

Your loss is enormous, but remember that it is also shared by so many people. Lenny was so full of love and laughter, and he just brightened up a room with his presence. I can't imagine not missing him--I will always remember him and the joy he brought to our family and our group of friends.

I will never forget him coming to our house to escape his mom who was constantly telling him to "go pick weeds" or "practice the organ." He always had a funny story to tell, his impressions were a riot and his laughter was so very infectious!

My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

It has been my privilege to have known Lenny pretty much all of our lives – we met when we were seven years old. We grew close when we were young, and though our teens and 20’s. And though we have not nearly spent all 45 years together, the closeness has remained through all of that time. That’s how Lenny is – once you are his friend, you are his friend for life.
Lenny loved deeply and truly. He loved his family. He loved his friends. And he loved his music. Many of us know he was a better natural musician than he ever let himself believe. And he loved to laugh, and make the rest of us laugh with him!
It has been my privilege to know this man pretty much all my life. It is now my sorrow to let him go, as we all must. But I do have him inside me – his hearty laugh, his powerful music, and his big love. His body gave out under the force of his soul and spirit – but his soul and spirit live on.
Deb, Melissa, Selina, Jess, Lenny, may the Good Lord bless and comfort you in your loss.

Thinking about you during this sad time and remebering some fun and happy memories with Lenny. I'll never forget the time we went camping and the whole camp ground thought there was a bear in the site but it was just LENNY snoring away! That story always makes me laugh and I know he is looking after All of you guys and will help you throughout life from up above.
