TYNGSBORO -- Lucy C. (Eosco) Lescard, 100, died peacefully on July 15, 2014 at Fairview Nursing Home in Hudson, NH, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert F. Lescard, who passed away in 2003.

Lucy was born on July 4, 1914 in Bari, Italy. She was the daughter of the late Giuseppe Eosco and Anna (DelVecchio) Eosco of Italy and moved to the United States at the

age of 9.

In her free time, Lucy loved to cook, especially Italian cuisines. She also enjoyed sewing, arts and crafts, reading, and bird watching. But above all, her most cherished time was spent with her family, especially with her grandchildren. She was a loving, devoted, and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend and will be deeply missed.

Lucy is survived by her two children, Albert J. Lescard and his wife Jian of Hudson, NH and Ellen L. Reilly and her husband Francis "Frank" of Pelham, NH; her siblings, Michael Eosco and his wife Loretta of Wrentham, MA, and Rose Nasuti of Hyde Park, MA; her sister-in-law Nicolina of Dedham; her grandchildren, Michael Lescard and his wife Giuliana of Nashua, NH, Deborah Gazell of Greer, SC, David Lescard of Nashua, NH, Cheryl Gettings and her husband Kevin of Pelham, NH, Coleen Spaulding of Tyngsboro, Kimberly Murphy and her husband Greg of Hudson, NH; her step-grandchildren Kevin Reilly and his wife Lynne of Pelham, NH and Kelly Genoter of Raymond, NH. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Kyle Spaulding, Brian and Alyssa Gettings, Jared and Ariel Gazell and Brayden Murphy; as well as her step-great-grandchildren Meghan and Corey Reilly; and several nieces and nephews.

Lucy is predeceased by her daughter Geradline D. Williams and her son-in-law Frederick Williams as well as her daughter-in-law Frances Lescard. She is also predeceased by her brothers Joseph, Nicholas and Gene Eosco.

LESCARD -- Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut, on FRIDAY, July 18th from 4-7 p.m. Her funeral will take place from the funeral home on Saturday, July 19th at 8 a.m. followed by her Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in St. Mary Magdalen Church, 95 Lakeview Avenue, TYNSGBORO. Interment to follow in Tyngsboro Memorial Cemetery. To the Lescard family, I offer my sincerest condolences on the passing of your dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother .Lucy was one of the grandest "ladies" I ever met, I shall always remember her love and kindness,shown to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Lucy you were always my role model of a good Christian woman as I grew up. You will always be remembered with love and great respect.
