Nicholas Lehouillier Obituary
Nicholas C. Lehouillier, 31, a longtime resident of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly, peacefully in his sleep, on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at his home.
He was born in Lowell on March 14, 1992, and was the son of Kevin M. Lehouillier of Pepperell, MA, and Michelle J. McCreedy of Salem, NH.
Nick spent most of his life in Pepperell. He attended schools in Pepperell, Harvard, Westford, and Middlesex Community College. Nick was employed at various jobs including his father's flooring company. He enjoyed a variety of sports, with swimming and boxing being his favorites. Nick was also fond of good food, being in the company of friends and family, outdoor activities, a good laugh, gaming, board games, travel, theater, nature, wildlife, a nice cigar, architecture, satire, movies, amusement parks, music, and zoos.
In addition to his loving parents, Nicholas leaves two older brothers; Eric Lehouillier and wife Ingvild Saksvik-Lehouillier and their children; Leovind, Logan, and Lyra of Trondheim, Norway and Steven Lehouillier and wife Heather and their children; Michael Thorn, Xander Collins, Jayden, and Emrick of Wilton, NH, his mother's partner and his son, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Sadly, he was predeceased by his paternal grandparents John F. and Phyllis R. Greenhalge of Lowell, his maternal grandparents Herman C. and Donna M. McCreedy of Lowell, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024, from 4 pm to 7 pm at the BLAKE CHELMSFORD FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen St., CHELMSFORD. Nick's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 5, at 12 noon at St. Margaret of Scotland Parish, 374 Stevens St., LOWELL. KINDLY GATHER AT THE CHURCH. Interment will be held privately. Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Schizophrenia International Research Society (SIRS) at 5034 Thoroughbred Ln., Ste A, Brentwood TN 37027-4231.
