Rita E. Jezak

Rita E. Jezak Life-long resident of Lowell LOWELL Rita E. (Faticanti) Jezak, 80, died Wednesday, August 27, 2008, at Youville Hospital in Cambridge, MA, of complications from ALS. She was born in Lowell, on February 4,1928, the daughter of the late Adolphe and Pauline (George) Faticanti. Rita attended Lowell schools. She was a familiar face behind the counter at Skip's Restaurant in Chelmsford. Rita enjoyed home making, walking, flower gardening, and bowling. She earned numerous awards and recognitions as a championship bowler at the Brunswick Zone Lowell. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Joseph W. Jezak. Rita also leaves a son, Stephen and his wife, Denise of Lenox, MA; a daughter, Barbara and her husband, Albert Notini of Concord, MA; five grandchildren, Laura and William Notini, Joseph, John and Michael Jezak, his wife, Jessica; and great-grandson, Ayden Jezak; two sisters, Helen Burns of Nashua, NH, and Carmela Faticanti of Lowell, MA; and many nieces and nephews. Rita was predeceased by brothers, Victor, Frank and Louis, and a sister Marilyn Faticanti. JEZAK Arrangements were under the direction of the McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home, Lowell.
