Roger Trow Obituary

Roger C. Trow, Sr. of Wilmington; 70 WILMINGTON Mr. Roger C. Trow, Sr., age 70, of Wilmington, died unexpectedly on Thursday, November 27, 2008, in Plattsburgh, New York. Born in Needham, MA, on August 29, 1938, Roger was the son of the late Kenneth & Ruth (Lydle) Trow. Roger moved with his family to Wilmington as a young boy, he attended Wilmington Public Schools, and was a graduate of Wakefield Tech High School in Wakefield, MA. Prior to retiring, Roger worked for the NCR Corporation in Tewksbury and Newton for over 35 years. In his spare time, Roger loved to cook, do woodworking, and work on cars. He enjoyed traveling to Bermuda and most of all he cherished his time spent with his family especially his grandchildren. Roger was the beloved husband of Beverly A. (Sidelinker) Trow of Wilmington; he was the devoted father of Michele Trow of Wilmington, Larry Trow & his wife, Denise of Plattsburgh, NY, Liane Miller & her husband, Steven of Michigan, Russell Trow of Maryland, and Roger C. Trow, Jr. & his wife, Kathleen of Pennsylvania; loving grandfather of Ruthie, Ariel, Kevin, Katherine, Tabitha, Conan, & the late Kenny; dear brother of Nancy Ekberg of California; brother-in-law of Jean Knight of West Palm, FL, Roger is also survived by several nieces & nephews; and his good friends, Rita & Richard and Eleanor & Frank. TROW Roger C., Sr., age 70, of Wilmington, unexpectedly, November 27, 2008. Beloved husband of Beverly A. (Sidelinker) Trow. Visiting hours will be held at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington on Tuesday, December 2nd from 5:00 - 7:30 p.m. Followed by a Funeral Service at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Roger's name may be made to the Joslin Diabetes Center, 1 Joslin Place, Boston, MA 02215 or to the M.S.P.C.A., c/o Development Office, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130.

knowing roger for the past 30 years has been a truly great experience. I enjoyed his sence of humor and his easy going ways. never forget the papa gino's installations and the fun we had. a very fair person with a love of life. he is going to be missed and i feel better knowing that i had know roger.
