I first met Sheila when we were going to Newton High, before it was Newton North. Sheila and my sister, Gerry, were good friends and she and I slowly became friends too. Ultimately, she became Gerry's sister-in-law and Sheila and I were both in the wedding party. We were in and out of each other's lives for many years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was a good friend to me. She will be missed.

Sheila, I wish you didn’t leave us but I know you are not in pain anymore. You are the most loving mother in law, grandma, great grandma, and mother. Most of all you have been my friend for 42 years. We had so many good times and I will cherish them for the rest of my life. I love you and miss you! Love Charlene
