In Pelham, NH, Sept. 1, 2018, at home, Susan M. "Suzi" (Duffett) Jozokos, 48, wife of Mark A. Jozokos. Friends may call at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME, 11 NASHUA RD. in PELHAM from 2 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service to be celebrated Thursday morning in the Funeral Home at 10 o'clock followed by burial at the Gibson Cemetery.
