of Lowell, was nurse; 62
LOWELL -- Suzanne Michelle (Powell) Parent, 62, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Lowell General Hospital, with her family by her side. Suzanne was the wife of the late Donald Parent.
Suzanne was born in October 30, 1952 in Lowell. She was the daughter of the late William and Adrienne (Dumont) Powell. She received her education in the Lowell School System and was a graduate of Lowell High School.
She was employed as a nurse at D'Youville Senior Care Center in Lowell for 15 years, until her retirement two weeks ago. She had a passion for taking care of people and loved her job.
Suzanne really loved and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her three children, Brian Burgoyne and his wife, Tracy of Dracut, Julie Francisco and her husband, Stephen of Dracut, and Matthew Hurley of Lowell; her sister and best friend, Patricia Rodrigues of Pepperell, MA; three nieces, Wendy Borsini, Tracy Myers, and Lori Sepe; as well as her four beloved grandsons, Scott Bourque and Zachary, Tyler, and Logan Burgoyne.
PARENT -- Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut on MONDAY, April 6th from 8:30- 9:15 AM. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 10 AM in St. Francis Church, Dracut. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
