Winifred Sutton Obituary
of Ayer; 96
AYER -- Winifred A. (Morris) Sutton, 96, formerly of Nashua St., Fletcher St. and Pond Street, died Monday, February 24, 2014, at Apple Valley Medical Center, Ayer.
Her husband of 40 years, Raymond E. Sutton, died in 2006. Mrs. Sutton was born in Worcester, England February 22, 1918, one of seven children born to Thomas and Sophia (Pritchard) Morris and immigrated to the United States in 1958.
She leaves two daughters, Diane S. Denmark and Jeannette S. Sutton both of Ayer; two sisters, Mary Harris and Doll Gormley both of England; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Five years ago, she was predeceased by her son, David Sutton of North Carolina.
SUTTON -- Funeral services will be held 11 am Friday, February 28th at the T.J. Anderson & Son Funeral Home, 25 Fitchburg Road (Rte 2A), Ayer. Please see www.andersonfuneral.com for additional information.
Mrs. Sutton's family will receive family and friends on Friday at the funeral home from 10 AM until the time of the service.
Spring burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ayer.

Dear Diane, Jeanette and Family......I will always remember the beautiful smile that was so Winnie.....We all loved having Winnie as one of our Shop Family......Not to mention her famous "Mincemeat Pies"....at Christmas...Our Condolences to you all.....We loved her....Tom and Marianne Coalter..xo
