Yvonne DeMaso

Yvonne DeMaso Groton, born in Chelsea; 85 Groton Yvonne (Savage) DeMaso, 85, of Town Line Road Groton died unexpectedly at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston on September 8. She was born in Chelsea on May 5, 1922 daughter of the late Arthur and Louise (Raithel) Savage and was the wife of the late Joseph DeMaso. She grew up in Chelsea and was a graduate of Chelsea High School Class of 1939. Yvonne was married to Joseph and the made their home in Chelsea for many years before moving to Groton in 1955. She enjoyed her life by bringing up her family, gardening, knitting and crocheting. She was also a member of St. James Church of West Groton. Mrs. DeMaso is survived by her children Arthur DeMaso of Waterville Valley, NH. James DeMaso of Merrimack, NH, Yvonne Preston of Groton, Louise Trahan of Leominster, and Marie Duquette of Merrimack, N.H.. Her Grandchildren include Christina DeMaso, Michael DeMaso, Joseph Rodriguez, and Daniel Duquette.
