John Duers Obituary
John M "Mike" Duers, 72, of Michigan City passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2024, at Franciscan Heath Michigan City.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Queen of All Saints Church. Private family burial will take place at a later date in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be held on Friday from 9 to 10 a.m. at church.
The Root Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Mike was born May 2, 1952, in Chicago, Illinois.
He is survived by two loving daughters, Allison and Christine; one brother, Grant Duers; his ex-wife and mother to his children, Mary Duers; and many loving extended relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by one sister, Meredith.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
