Margaret Adrian Obituary

Margaret "Gale" Adrian, age 78, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025, at Miller's Merry Manor, Garrett, Indiana.

Gale was born Sept. 24, 1946, in La Porte, Indiana, to Robert O. and Linda (Yoder) Marty, who preceded her in death. Gale was an elementary teacher in La Porte for 30 years, teaching at Maple, Handley and Hailmann Elementary schools.

Gale is survived by her son, Terry (Jr.) and Michele Adrian of Avilla, Indiana; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Ellen Heidel of La Porte, Indiana. One granddaughter preceded her in death.

Services will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, July 14, 2025, at Cutler Funeral Home, 2900 Monroe St., La Porte, IN 46350, with Pastor Jeff Zigler officiating.

Visitation will take place from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday prior to the services at the funeral home.

Entombment will take place in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens, Michigan City, Indiana.

Thomas Funeral Home, Garrett, Indiana, is entrusted with the arrangements.
