Mary "Kay" Huff, 75, of Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Sunday, Sept. 26, 2021, at 7:52 a.m. in Franciscan Health Michigan City, Michigan City, Indiana.

Private family services will be held with burial to take place in St. Mary's Cemetery, Otis, Indiana. Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.

She was born June 29, 1946, in Guymon, Oklahoma, to the late J.D. and Evelyn "Nadine" (Stratton) Vick. On Jan. 25, 1964, in Portage, Indiana, she married John W. Huff, who preceded her in death on Jan. 3, 2015

Surviving are two daughters, Tammy Barth and Jonna Huff, both of Michigan City, Indiana; four grandchildren, Tia Johnson, Tiffany Wohead, Jordan Barth and Nicole Barth; along with five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Rhyneil (R.J.) Harrison and Cyndi (Appie) Pente, both of Valparaiso, Indiana. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews and her Canine companion, Henry. She was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Vick; son-in-law, Wayne Barth; and nephew, Shane McKinney.

Kay worked for more than 40 years with Al's Supermarkets, retiring as a front end manager. She enjoyed wreath crafting, traveling and hosting family gatherings.
