Todd was an avid gamer and had extensive knowledge about all things related to video games. He had a passion for motorbikes and Pokemon cards. He loved animals and while growing up frequently brought home stray cats and dogs, baby ducks, salamanders and any other creature that he thought needed protection. He was a fierce defender of the underdogs of this world and would stand up to protect them even if it put himself in danger. He was proud of his children and he loved his family and friends dearly. If you were his friend, it was for life. He had a big heart and a sensitive soul.
He is survived by his father, William Gordon Miller; his sister, Tara (Mark Cichoracki) Miller; half-sister, Christina (Jarod) Heeren; and half-brother, William Eugene Miller; step-sister, Debbie (Jeff) Lieske; step-brother, Mark Beam; his children, Kari Ann (Austin) Fort, Shoun Christian Bostic and Dalton Ray Bostic; grandchildren, Kira Ann Fort, Arien James Fort and Atlas Ryker Fort; niece, Taylor Ashley (Taylor) Morseau; nephews, William and Henry Miller; his closest cousin, Mark Henry Robbins; and his best friends, Bryon Werdin, Mike Moran, Nick Bright and Jimmy Mayfield.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Coral Joyce (Robbins) Miller; and step-sister, Ruth Sternitzke.
He will be missed by all those who loved him. May he rest in peace.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Michigan City Senior Center on Sunday, Nov 16, at 12 noon. Memorial contributions should be made to his children or the Michiana Humane Society.
