Charles McMillen Obituary
Bath
Charles I. McMillen Jr. "Buddy" of Bath passed away unexpectedly April 21, 2014. He is now with the Lord in Heaven and will be missed by all of his family and friends. Charles was born October 17, 1955 in Lansing, Michigan to Charles and Peggy (Howell) McMillen. He graduated from Holt High School, was a veteran of the US Army and worked for GM on the assembly line.
Charles is survived by his mother, Peggy McMillen; sisters, Ruth (Bob) Steffensen and Sue McMillen; Uncle Ted Ells; aunts, Marie Atkins, Mary Howell and Loretta McMillen; niece, Kristina Craft; great niece, Morgan Craft and numerous loving cousins.
A memorial service followed by military honors will be held Saturday, May 3, 2014, 12:00pm at the Holihan-Atkin Funeral Home, Grand Ledge with The Reverend Timothy W. Jackson, officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to the Capital Area Humane Society, 7095 W. Grand River Avenue, Lansing, Michigan 48916. I remember Buddy, as his sister Ruth was once of my best friends in High School in Bath, MI. Buddy was fun to be around with a good sense of humor. Ruth, Susie, Peggy, please know that I am thinking of you & expressing my deepest sympathy. Even though I haven't seem Buddy in many years, he's not forgotten. Love, Guyla
