Clara Heath Obituary
Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother passed away March 3, 2021, at the age of 86.
She graduated from Gleason High School, Gleason, Tennessee in 1952. She retired from the State of Michigan as a secretary for the House of Representatives and then went on to work for Child and Family Services of Michigan where she had a second retirement at the age of 75.
She loved the game of golf. She and my Dad had great times golfing together. They loved antiquing and she was a beautiful quilt maker. She loved making quilts for her family and friends.
She is survived by her sister, Roberta Vedder; children, Terry Doerr, Pamela Heath, Charlene King; and grandchildren, Jeremy (Kellie) Doerr, Brandon (Laura) Doerr, Emily Recker, Tori (Brandon) Mead and Dallas Recker. She also had three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19, a graveside memorial service will be held at the Maple Ridge Cemetery in Holt, for family and friends at a later date. Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.
