David Gary Schneider, 46, died Sunday, February 21, 2016 in Lansing, MI.

He is survived by his children Alex and Olivia Schneider, Stacy Schneider (children's mother), sisters Linda Richards, Audrey (Greg) Hoffman, Julia Gaffney, and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind lifelong friends and many business colleagues, who were lucky enough to share his zest for life.

He was preceded in death by his parents Edgar and Monica Schneider, brother Gary, sister Diane, and brother-in-law Mike Horning.

David was a lifelong resident of Lansing, MI. In his earlier years he was a partner at American Income Life Insurance with his parents and brother-in-law. As a business entrepreneur throughout his adult life he owned many successful businesses in the Lansing area and other states. Although he loved his businesses, the most important part of David's life were his children. Traveling with his family and enjoying outdoor adventures are very special memories. He will be remembered by everyone for his love of a party and his energy and laughter that filled a room wherever he went.

An open house Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 1 - 4pm (Memories will be shared at 2:30pm). The celebration will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 925 S. Creyts Rd Lansing, MI.
