Vicki and family,

I was very saddened to hear the news of Jerry's passing. Vicki, I remember the great times we shared working together at Key State Bank -Frandor in the mid-90's, which seems so long ago. But I also remember the times when you would mention Jerry in conversations with a smile that was so infectious that it lit up the room. Jerry also brought that same energy with his smile during the times I had the opportunity to be around him. He was a kind, gentle and humble person.

"It takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, but it takes an entire lifetime to forget them" -Anonymous

Vicki, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

God Bless,

Jim Farhat
