James Vallarelli Obituary

James "Jim" Paul Vallarelli

Columbia - James "Jim" Paul Vallarelli, 43, died on June 23, 2020, while living in South Carolina with his wife and children. He was born on April 24, 1977 in Cleveland, OH.

Jim is survived by his wife, Daniela; his 8-year-old son, Dominick Paul; and his 3-year-old daughter, Charlotte Kathrin. His children were the pride and joy of his life, being the best of him and his wife. All he wanted was to see his children grow up, be happy and fulfill their own lives.

He is also survived by his sister, Heather Shea of Sultan, WA; his mother, Joanne Vallarelli Adam, and step-father, Tim Adam, both of DeWitt, MI. Jim is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Jim had many friends wherever he lived (St. Thomas, VI; Lansing, MI; Seattle, WA.) and they all miss him terribly.

Jim was proud of his children, of his wife, his new home, his newly started business. He was proud of all the things he had accomplished during his life, and was looking forward to everything just getting better and better. He was ready for the chance to do all the things he planned and wanted to do for himself and his family.

But he did not get the chance to do more, to lead his best life for himself and his family, he did not get the chance to finish the things he wanted to do. His life was taken from him and all of the people who loved him by the horrible incurable cancer that attacked and killed him in only 2 months' time.

This has been a tragedy for those of us who loved him dearly and are now left here without him, especially his children who do not understand where dad is and why he isn't coming home. His void can never be filled.

Jimmy - we love and miss you. You were taken from us too fast and too soon. We still had so much to do together. We can only hope that you are in a peaceful, restful place. We will think of you every day.
