Mary Jo Detzler
Passed away on Monday, October 24, 2016 at age 70. Born October 6, 1946 to Kenneth and Helen (Grinstern) Hoffman in Lansing, Michigan. Mary worked as a baker for the Quality Dairy Company in Lansing for nearly 20 years. She enjoyed collecting clocks and had several cats that she would take care of. Most of all, Mary loved spending time with her family and looked forward to family gatherings where she would cook for everyone. Preceding her in death were her brother, Jerry Hoffman and her parents.
Surviving are her son, Tom Detzler; grandsons, T.J. Detzler, Zach Detzler, Sully Detzler; sister, Karen (Jim) Stump as well as many other nieces, nephews and extended family.
A memorial gathering will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Royal Scot Banquet Hall, 4722 W. Grand River, Lansing. To share memories and condolences please visit www.SkinnerFuneralHomes.com
