Mirtha Llinas Obituary
Lansing - On Wednesday, June 16, 2021, Mirtha F. Llinas, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully at the age of 87 years. Mirtha was born on May 3, 1934 in Havana, Cuba. She migrated to the United States with her family in 1968 and settled in Lansing.
She will be forever remembered by her husband Francisco, children Francisco J. (Patricia), Blanca (Reniero), grandchildren Carlos (Jennifer), Elena (Miguel), Raquel (Erick), Rebecca (Jake), Tessa, great grandchildren, Miguel, Enzo, Saelor, Desmond, Evie. Mirtha will also be remembered by her special cousin Lino Zequeira and extended family and dear friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at Sparrow Hospital and the Sparrow Home Hospice team for the wonderful medical care and support.
Visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a prayer service at 11:00 a.m. at Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 West Saginaw. St. Lansing, Michigan 48917.
A private family burial service will take place at a later time.
For those desiring to make contributions, they can be made to the Greater Lansing Food Bank 5600 Food Ct, Bath Township, Michigan 48808 in Mirtha's memory.
