Robert Finger Obituary
Bath - Robert C. Finger, Jr., 77 of Bath, MI passed away on Sunday September 3, 2018. Funeral services will be held at Watkins Brothers Funeral Home in Perry on Friday September 7th at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Burial will follow at Rowley Cemetery.
Robert was born on May 18, 1941 in Saginaw, MI the son of Robert & Norma June (Oehring) Finger, Sr. He earned his bachelor's degree at MSU and went on to work at Fisher Body and then for General Motors in Lansing and Milford, retiring after 30 years. On January 26, 1961 he married Dorothy Jean Snyder in Saginaw. He liked to bike and loved his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dorothy, children: Kristine Finger of Perry, Kimberly (Bruce) Zapor of Brighton, Robert (Christy) Finger, III of Fowlerville, 5 grandchildren, brother David Finger of Flushing and sister Sally (Gary) Gibson of AZ. He was predeceased by his brother Daryl. Memorials are suggested to Olive Branch Assisted Living. Condolences may be sent to the family by going to www.watkinsfuneralhomes.com

My husband David and I were so fortunate to be next door neighbors of Bob and Dorothy, when we lived in Bath. We have such wonderful memories of them. They even stopped by several times and visited us, after we moved up north. I am so sorry for the family. May you all be blessed with strength and comfort.
