Robert Whipple Obituary

Robert "Bob" Harold Whipple Sparta, TN Robert "Bob" Harold Whipple, age 75, of Sparta, TN, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2012, at Cookeville Regional Hospital. He was born October 20, 1936 in Mason, Michigan to Harold Amos Whipple and Audrey Mae Babcock Whipple. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother in law Edward Casper Jr. Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Lovetta Whipple; daughters and sons-in-law, Kerry Whipple of Florida, Vicki and Mike Dupler of Ohio, Cindi and Russ Burch of Sparta and Penny and Kenneth Russell of Hendersonville, TN; son, Timothy (Jason) Gendreau of California; grandchildren, Jennifer (Kelly) Selby, Tony (Emily) Kibbey, William (Kate) Abbott, Katelyn Dyer, Robert Burch, Paige Dyer, Lori (Kris) Shutt and Lacie Russell; great grandchildren, Kristopher Shutt Jr. and Kenley Shutt; sister, Alice Casper of Michigan. Also numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at the Bear Cove Baptist Church, Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. until time of service. Celebration of Life services will be Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at Bear Cove Baptist Church. Officiating will be Bro. Jerry Pullum. Interment will be a private gathering of family at the Old Bon Air cemetery. At families request in lieu of flowers please make your donation to the Bear Cove Baptist Church Building Fund, 1590 Country Club Road, Sparta, Tennessee 38583.
