I met and knew Tammy while we served on board the USS L. Y. Spear both in Norfolk and in the Persian Gulf. We became fast friends and enjoyed many good times together. She was a vibrant personality and will be missed.

I used to babysit Tammy, Kimmy, Tony,John when they were very little. We had a lot of fun together. I have lost contact with the family and would like to reconnect. I am so sorry for your loss. I just heard about her passing.
