Billy Adrian Boen Mr. Billy Adrian Boen, age 61, of Griffin, Ga. passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Mr. Boen was born in Merkel, Texas on September 14, 1949 to J. V. Boen and the late Gerry Williams Boen. He was retired from Dollar General, a veteran of the United States Army National Guard. Mr. Boen is survived by his wife, Zackie Van Houten Boen; son, J. Toby Scot Boen and his wife, Jane of Lubbock, Texas; daughter, Misty Wendy Dawn Boen and her partner, Caroline of Albuquerque, N.M.; father and step mother, J.V. and Wanda Boen of Brownfield, Texas; brother, Jimmy Boen and his wife Debbie of Lubbock, Texas; father-in-law and mother-in-law, T.J. and Ann Van Houten of Eatonton, Ga.; brother-in-law, Tom Van Houten and his wife, Mistie of Burleson, Texas; niece Brittanay and her husband Zane; nieces, Mundy and Samantha; and nephews, Shane, Jack and Max. There are no services scheduled at this time, friends may visit the family at the residence.
