Jeff Whillock

Jeff Whillock LUBBOCK-Weldon Jeff Whillock of Lubbock passed away on Friday, Nov. 25, 2016, at the age of 58. He was born Feb. 11, 1958, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Freddie George and Patricia (Reichert) Whillock. Jeff graduated from Monterey High School in 1976. He was a former member Hillcrest Country Club and Lubbock Country Club where he was an avid golfer until the last couple of years. He was a fan of Texas Tech Athletics and enjoyed rooting on the Red Raiders. Jeff was a beverage distributor for 25 years, and the last twelve years he has been an owner/property manager. Those left to cherish his memory are his ex-wife, Sharon Whillock of Austin and her son, Dustin; sister, Lindy Whillock of Lubbock and Connie Price and her husband, Troy of Lubbock; niece, Brooke Price; nephew, Ryon Price and wife, Irie; and beloved French bulldog Poot, his constant companion. Jeff also leaves behind many best friends from his childhood whom he loved and loved him in return. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Ellory Rose Whillock, who was the light of his life and now he will rest with her. Memorial services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2016, at Second Baptist Church with his nephew, Ryon Price officiating.
