Marshall Pool MULESHOE-Church Service for Marshall Pool, age 59, of Muleshoe, Texas, is scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016, at First United Methodist Church in Muleshoe with Reydon Stanford of Muleshoe and Rev. Mindy McLanahan of Muleshoe officiating. Burial will be in Muleshoe Memorial Park. Marshall died Sunday, Aug. 7, 2016, in Muleshoe. He was born Feb. 8, 1957, in Muleshoe to William Myron Pool II and Mary (Jordan) Pool. He married Becky Smith in Las Vegas, NV, on July 23, 2011. Marshall lived in the Muleshoe community all of his life. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 1980, on the President's List with an Ag Economics degree. He was a member of the Gamma Sigma Delta Honor Society while at Tech. Marshall was the past president of the Muleshoe Country Club and the Muleshoe Co-op Gin. He was also a past board member of Blackwater Ag. He was a farmer for many years. Marshall is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Becky; his daughter, Ashley McElroy of Muleshoe, Texas; his son, Jordan Pool and his wife, Ashley of Muleshoe, Texas; his sister, Marilyn Riley and her husband, Mike of Muleshoe, Texas; his stepson, Roddy Spradling and his wife, Dellani of Amarillo, Texas; his stepdaughter, Kayla Spradling of Levelland, Texas; and nine grandchildren.
