Patsy Walker Obituary

Patsy Walker LUBBOCK-Services for Patsy Walker, 71, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, at Indiana Avenue Baptist Church with Dr. Steve McMeans officiating. Interment will follow in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Sanders Funeral Home. Patsy passed away on Jan. 20, 2014. She was born May 5, 1942, in Chandler, Texas, to Henry and Velma Preston. Patsy married Jimmy Walker on June 4, 1960m in Lubbock. She was a dedicated nurse and was a member of Indiana Ave. Baptist Church. Loved ones include her husband; daughters, Christi Lee and Melissa Walker; three grandchildren, Casey Lee, Lauren Lee and Bladden Smith; sister, Evonne Cain and husband Darrell; brother, Harold Preston and wife Faye. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sondie; and brother, Dwayne.
