Charles Hoehn Obituary

CHARLES HOEHN Charles William Hoehn, 72, of Las Vegas, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2008, in West Salem, Ohio while visiting with friends and family. He was born in East Cleveland, Ohio, Oct. 2, 1935, to Melvin and Helen Vogelstang Hoehn and was a 1953 graduate of Brush High School. He had resided in Lyndhurst and Parma after the military and the past 15 years in Las Vegas. He was an avid bowler in leagues in Las Vegas and was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. Charles is survived by his children, Michael (Debbie) Hoehn of Colorado Springs, Colo., Robert (Karen) Hoehn of West Salem and Heather (Rick) Adkins of Sullivan, Ohio; five grandchildren, Ryan, Noah, Logan, Madison and Morgan; and sister, Patricia (Wayne) Jacobson of Mayfield Heights, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Cavish. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 30, all at the Parker & Son Funeral Home, 210 Medina St., Lodi, Ohio. Rev. Randy K'Meyer will officiate. Inurnment will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday, June 2, at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
