I remember as a kid that I would get really excited whenever my dad would be on the phone with Uncle J. He was so funny and always made me laugh. My father's face would light up whenever he talked to his brother. Uncle James was an amazing man. I miss him dearly. I only wish that we weren't so distant. I know, in my heart, that him and dad are enjoying each other's company with the rest of the family in the great beyond. Peace and love always.

Have'nt seen Jimmy in so many years. Jimmy and I were in a group together back in Phila., 1959/60. He was a great guy. Many laughs and a good drummer. Brings back many happy memories. So sorry to hear of his passing. My sincerest sympathy to the family.
