JOHN MULLER

1939 - 2014

JOHN MULLER John J. Muller, 75, of Henderson, passed away Nov. 7, 2014. He was born May 5, 1939 in Pasadena, Calif. John was a lieutenant junior grade in the U.S. Navy, stationed in Coronado, Calif. In 1965, he met his wife, Arlene Muller at Disneyland while touring foreign officers. Shortly after they were married, John and Arlene moved to Silicon Valley and raised three children. A graduate of San Jose State, John majored in business accounting and worked for various companies as a business manager before becoming a tax service consultant. John was a natural athlete playing both basketball and football in high school as well as a member of the San Jose State golf team. John was an avid golfer with a handicap of 2 at San Jose State. He travelled to Scotland the home of golf and eventually completed his bucket list by shooting his age of 72 in a round of golf. He was an Eagle Scout life member. John is survived by his devoted wife, of 48 years, Arlene Muller; daughters, Teri Erhardt and Suzanne Muller-Heinz; son, Mike Muller; and four grandchildren. Services will be private.
