KIM MERCADO Obituary

KIM MERCADO Kim Michole Mercado, 43, formerly of Las Vegas, went home to be with her Heavenly Father Dec. 29, 2012, surrounded by her family and loved ones in Alexandria, La. Kim was born Nov. 26, 1969, in Lakenheath, England, but was raised in Las Vegas, and was a resident for 35 years in this town. Kim married the love of her life, Victor S. Mercado April 16, 1990. They later moved to Louisiana to be close to her family. Kim was an escrow coordinator in Las Vegas for many years. She never met a stranger and loved helping any person or animal she came across. Kim was a devoted wife, sister and friend who loved her family so much she would move the heavens and earth for them. Kim is survived by her adoring husband, Victor S. Mercado; mother, Christine Price; father, David Warman; sisters, Karina Stanley, Carolina Mercado and Lisa Petersen; brothers, Kyle Warman, Robert Mercado and James Mercado; and many wonderful nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service at 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Kim was an amazing person and will be truly missed.

I am shocked to hear of the news about Kim.... I worked with Kim at the Las Vegas Country Club we were security guards there...I always remember her great big smile and infectous laugh.
