Ross Fitzgerald Obituary

ROSS FITZGERALD Ross Lamar Fitzgerald, 63, a cabinet maker, of Las Vegas, passed away Sept. 20, 2009. He was born June 17, 1946, in Montour County, Pa., and was a 35-year resident of Nevada. He graduated from Williamsport High School, in Williamsport, Pa., in 1964. Ross was the former owner of Ross Woodworking and, most recently, worked as a draftsman for The Richardson Partnership, Inc. Ross was preceded in death by his parents, Reverend Howard S. and Dorothy M. Fitzgerald; and stepbrothers, C. Howard and John A. Fitzgerald. He is survived by his stepsisters-in-law, Emagene M. Fitzgerald of State College, Pa., and Phyetta Fitzgerald of Atlanta; sisters, Louise Zawislak of Georgetown, Del., Marian Franck of St. Michaels, Md., and Mae Davis of Mantua, Ohio; and brothers, Lynn H. Fitzgerald of Easton, Pa., Carl A. Fitzgerald of Pipersville, Pa., and Dean L. Fitzgerald of Elk City, Okla. Graveside memorial service will be at 10:45 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at Prospect Hill Cemetery, in York, Pa., with Rev. Charles A. Fitzgerald officiating. Donations may be made to Infinity Hospice Care, 7251 W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89117, or to Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, Meals on Wheels, 1501 Las Vegas Blvd. N., Las Vegas, NV 89101-1120.

Ross , and i were BEST frends we rasied lots of Hell when we were young ,stayed out all night sghooting pool and boling never any thing bad just good clean fun , I will miss hem more than words can explane I know he is in a better place now and not suffering
