Paul:

Thank you for everything you did in your lifetime to help all of us. Your kindness, generosity, intellect, and sense of humor and fun touched all of our lives deeply. As a step son, your dedication to helping others throughout your lifetime, touched me deeply. My mother would light up when you came into the room, and it was a source of constant delight for me as a step-son to see that miracle of transformation every time you were near her. The lessons of love are not lost on others who get to see and share them, and as a mentor, in many ways, you helped every single person in our family become better because you helped us all understand that it was ok to love, to succeed, and that we were worthy of succeeding, and that perhaps life was about overcoming things and succeeding, not the other way around as we'd somehow learned before you came along. Life is good now Paul, and in no small part, all of us in this family were touched and motivated by your examples of human kindness, understanding, commitment to achievement, and loving others. God bless you, and thank you for everything you did for all of us.

With Love and Respect, your step-son, Michael F Shircliff
