Mr. Godin

Forest (Bubs) Lincoln Godin, age 87, passed from this life on Saturday, September 25, 2010. He was born on August 20, 1923, one of twelve children of Sydney and Sadie Godin. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Helen June 23, 2010. They lived 60 years in New Baltimore, Michigan. Forest was proud of his tour in the Pacific Theatre in World War II and his membership in the Operating Engineers Union for over 50 years. Forest loved everything outdoors, and could tell a story like no other. We are confident he has joined his wife and family in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. Loving father of five children, Michael (June), Forest E. (Carol), Alan (Pamela), Barbara Watson (Ken) and Penny Zullo(Tom). Loved by 30 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Visitation Friday, 3-8 p.m. and Saturday, Noon until time of 2 p.m. Service at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes, Clinton Township, MI 48038.
