Forman, Corey W. Of Canton, Georgia, formerly of Troy, Michigan; departed this life suddenly after being involved in an auto accident, Friday March 10, 2017; at age 21. He was born April 24, 1995. He is the cherished son of Kimberly (Jafano) Forman and the late Andrew Forman; sister, Kayla; brother, Connor; and dear uncles, Steven Jafano and Timothy Steplitus. Corey is also survived by his grandfather, George Jafano of Washington, Michigan; grandmother, Marie Forman of Sterling Heights, Michigan, many aunts, uncles and cousins and predeceased grandmother Gloria Jafano and grandfather William Forman.Corey’s life started in Troy Michigan. He enjoyed camping and boy scouts having his father Andy as the Den leader. The family moved to Georgia in 2006 where Corey attended and graduated from Creekview High School in 2013. Corey had interest in computer science and attended Kennesaw State University. He loved music and played drums with his band Absolutely. He had many, many friends who are deeply saddened and loved his quiet demeanor, and funny down to earth personality. He is described as “the nicest guy” and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held at Mandziuk & Son Funeral Home, 3801 18 Mile Road, Sterling Heights Thursday March 16, 2017 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday March 17, 2017, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Instate March 18, 8:30 to 9 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday March 18, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. St. Renee Goupil Catholic Church, 35955 Ryan Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan.
