Macon, Georgia - Services for Allen C. Nichols are 11:00 AM Thursday, November 20, 2025 at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church with entombment at Macon Memorial Park. There will be a Rosary, Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Hutchings Funeral Home.
Mr. Nichols was born in Laurel Hill, NC to the parentage of Thomas S. and Huldah Jones Nichols. He received his education in Scotland County, NC at Laurinburg Institute and attended Macon State College. He served in the US Air Force for 26 years and retired as Senior Master Sergeant. He then worked as a Civilian Supervisor at Robins Air Force Base where he retired after 14 years.
Survivors include: wife, Lucile Hill Williams; daughter, Kimberly L. Nichols; son, George B. Wells; grandchildren, Brittany L. Nichols, Rahonna L. Wells and Paige Black; siblings, Hattie N. Goodwin, Delores (Lewis) Quick, Yvonne Nichols and John Norman Nichols; other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the St. Peter Claver Catholic Church Capital Improvement Fund, 131 Ward Street, Macon, GA 31204.
