Macon, GA- Funeral services for Betty "Ray" George will be 11 AM Saturday, August 29, 2015 in the Chapel of Jones Brothers Mortuary. Supt. Evans Brown will officiate. Interment will follow at Tharp Cemetery, Warner Robins, GA. Mrs. George, 90, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2015.
Survivors includes her husband, Willie James George Sr., six daughters, five sons, forty-seven grandchildren, one hundred and five great grandchildren, nine great great grandchildren, and host of other relatives and friends.
The family may be reached at 2261 Melton Ave., Macon.
Jones Brothers Mortuary, 3035 Millerfield Rd., Macon.

TO THE FAMILY I SINCERELY AM SO SORRY FOR THE PASSING OF YOUR LOVED ONE. I REMEMBER THAT DAY I CAME TO HER HOUSE AND WENT STRAIGHT TO BED, SHE WAS SO SWEET ABOUT IT. I THINK THAT WAS MY SECOND TIME OVER THERE AND EVERY SINCE THEN SHE'S BEEN ONE OF THE SWEETEST PEOPLE I MET WHEN I WAS IN GA. GOD HAS A PLAN FOR ALL OF US AND NOW HE NEED MS BETTY, I CAN STILL HEAR HER TALKING AND LAUGHING WITH US, YOU WILL TRULY BE MISSED. MAY GOD BE WITH THIS FAMILY AND HOLD THEM TOGETHER, FOR THEY HAVE LOST A REMARKABLE YOUNG LADY, RIP YOUR ARE REALLY IN A BETTER PLACE, WHERE THERE IS NO MORE PAIN AND SORROW, ENJOY YOUR LOVED THAT'S IN HEAVEN WAITING ON YOU TO JOIN THEM.
